Agreement

By creating an account or placing a booking on RG Market Plaza, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to follow the house rules of the facilities you book.

Bookings

A booking reserves a space or facility for the dates and times you select. Availability is confirmed at checkout; a slot is held for you once payment is received.

Payments

Online payment is required to confirm public bookings. Fees shown at checkout (rate, add-ons, and extras) form the total due. Simulated gateways are for demonstration until a live provider is connected.

Use of the space

Please arrive on time and leave the space as you found it. Capacity limits and safety rules of each facility apply, and you are responsible for the conduct of your guests.

Changes & cancellations

Changes or cancellations are handled according to our operational policy and may affect fees already paid. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Liability

You are responsible for damage arising from misuse, negligence, or breach of these terms during your booking. RG Market Plaza is not liable for indirect losses beyond what applicable law requires.
